Hey anglers, We started our trip offshore today looking for yellowtail on kelp paddies. There were good reportsfor two days of 12-20 pound fish on kelps, so that is what we hoped for today. Unfortunately the fish moved off. We struggled to find the right kelp. The conditions were the same and there were plenty of paddies but not much fish. We are headed to Cedros Island and will be there in the morning. More tomorrow, Capt Art
