Hello anglers, We had an excellent day of fishing albacore today. The majority of the fish are in the 30 pound class. This is a unique opportunity to catch this grade of albacore. We haven’t had a shot at this grade of fish in a few years. We feel very lucky! Most of the fish are caught on flyline sardines and 30-40 pound line. We strongly recommend a 40 pound outfit for this size fish. We are staying another day in the area and we hope to have a repeat of today. The weather is calm so that makes this even more special.
