Hey anglers, We had an OK day fishing albacore today. We managed to land 40 fish averaging 20 pounds, with the smallest being 15 pounds and the largest about 30 pounds. The majority of the fish were caught flylining sardines on the upwind side of the boat on 25 and 30 pound line. Some fish were landed with flourocarbon, and some without so take your pick. It wasn’t key to have flourocarbon. The hot trolling feather was a black and purple Zuker with a pink skirt. We are staying in the same area for tomorrow and we have high hopes. The weather will be better according to the forecast so hopefully the fish will bite a little better. Capt Art
