Howdy anglers, Well we didn’t exactly get our revenge we were hoping for today and the other boats around us didn’t either. The fishing was slow and the weather has freshend up a bit. We are heading towards San Martin island tonight to try for some yellowtails and some other types of bottom grabbers. The little bit of pattern that I have noticed while fishing for these finicky longfins are a good bait with a little smaller hook and trolling the ol’ cedar plug was effective. Also a bright-pattern tuna clone helps keep the feather in the water a bit better. Good angling and hope to see ya on the water soon, Capt. Aaron
